Basil-Mint Pesto
Ingredients

cup
pine nuts

tbsp
garlic
1-2
cups
fresh basil
1/4
cup
fresh mint
1/4
cup
olive oil
1/2
cup
grated parmesan
Instructions
Toast the pine nuts briefly in a hot pan
Put the garlic, basil and mint in a food process and puree
Add the Parmesan to the food processor and pulse to combine
With the food processor running, drizzle the olive oil into the processor until the pesto is the desired consistency
