maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat broiler.
Combine paprika, ancho chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, and salt.
Rub the spices onto the salmon.
Cut the salmon into pieces 2-3 inches wide.
Put a little bit of olive oil on a baking sheet. This will help keep the salmon from sticking.
Put the salmon on the baking sheet and broil for 6 minutes or until not quite cooked through.
Remove from the oven, baste with the maple syrup, and broil for 1 minute or until nicely glazed and barely cooked through.
