Maple Glazed Salmon

sockeye salmon
Usually one filet
Marinade

maple syrup

tbsp
coconut aminos

tbsp
Pineapple juice

tsp
ginger
fresh minced

clove
garlic
mashed or minced

tsp
Worcestershire sauce
Salt
to taste
Pepper
to taste
Cooking

butter
melted
Instructions
Prep
Combine marinade ingredients
Place salmon and marinade into a plastic bag. Cover salmon well.
Place the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
Cook
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Place the salmon on a baking sheet
Melt the butter and combine the marinade
Baste the salmon with the butter/marinade mix
Bake the salmon in the oven until done.
