  1. Roast the bell pepper in the oven
  2. Remove skin and cut into pieces
  3. Place all ingredients in the first group into a food processor or blender.
  4. Process until finely chopped
  5. With the motor running, drizzle in olive oil until the desired consistency is reached.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
