I have a hard time choosing which rubs are my favorite, but this is pretty darn good. I use it on ribs and just about anything else pork (or even chicken.)
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp paprika
- 4 tbsp smoked paprika
- 4 tbsp garlic Dried Granules
- 2 tbsp onion Dried Granules
- 2 tbsp cumin Dried ground
- 3 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Chipotle Chili Powder
- 3 tbsp black pepper Coarse Ground
- 2 tbsp Celery Seeds Ground
- 1 tbsp oregano Dried
- 1 tbsp thyme Dried
- 1 tbsp Dry Mustard Ground
- 2 tsp Coriander Ground
- 1 tsp Allspice Ground
- 1 tsp Cinnamin Ground
