Ingredients
- 1 lb sockeye salmon Usually one filet
Marinade
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp Pineapple juice
- 1 tsp ginger fresh minced
- 1 clove garlic mashed or minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Cooking
- 8 tsp butter melted

Prep
- Combine marinade ingredients
- Place salmon and marinade into a plastic bag. Cover salmon well.
- Place the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
Cook
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet
- Melt the butter and combine the marinade
- Baste the salmon with the butter/marinade mix
- Bake the salmon in the oven until done.
