Ingredients
  • 1 lb sockeye salmon Usually one filet
Marinade
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp Pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp ginger fresh minced
  • 1 clove garlic mashed or minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
Cooking
  • 8 tsp butter melted

Instructions
Prep
  1. Combine marinade ingredients
  2. Place salmon and marinade into a plastic bag. Cover salmon well.
  3. Place the salmon in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
Cook
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place the salmon on a baking sheet
  3. Melt the butter and combine the marinade
  4. Baste the salmon with the butter/marinade mix
  5. Bake the salmon in the oven until done.
