Garlic Rosemary Pepper Shrimp

This is my new favorite shrimp recipe.  The herbs give it a richness.  The peppers give it some heat.  Allowing the oil to infuse with the flavors prior to cooking the shrimp allows those flavors to embed themselves in the cooking process.

Shrimp with Basil-Garlic Butter

Tonight I was looking for a way to make a quick dinner with some flavor.  This recipe, along with some roasted vegetables, turned out wonderfully delicious.  The butter and garlic are pretty common.  But, the fresh basil and sun-dried tomatoes take it to another level.  Plus, it is quick and easy.
